• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for returns.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as agreed with our support team.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
