At Shopzon.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products.

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging, with all accessories and tags included.

• Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.

• Some products, including personal-care, hygiene, customized, and opened items, may not be eligible for return.

• For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us with your order number and photos/videos of the product.

• Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error or defect from Shopzon.pk.
